Angie Skinner
Founder and Principal Coach
Angie Skinner is our principal coach. She is an expert in revenue growth for General Dental practices, practice operations, and hiring and training dental teams. She has been designated a 'Leader in Dental Consulting' by Dentistry Today Magazine.
Angie is an accomplished speaker, lecturing to dental schools, state dental meetings, study clubs and small groups; a proud member of the National Speakers Association®; and is certified to award continuing education credits through the AGD's P.A.C.E. Provider Program.
She has published articles in The Profitable Dentist, Inside Dentistry magazine, The American Association of Dental Office Managers, The Observer, the Trojan newsletter, and Dental Economics.
She publishes her own Substack, which you may subscribe to on our Home Page.
She works with clients in person, on the phone, via Facetime or Zoom. Every client has unlimited email and text support.
Angie lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee and is an avid runner, boxer, and artist.

Dian Crain
Marketing/Administrative Coordinator
Dian Crain, who loves managing details and schedules, has been our marketing/administrative coordinator since 2006. Prior to working here, she worked in several positions in both the profit and non-profit sectors promoting everything from polymers to mental health awareness. Dian provides a bit of Southern hospitality as she tackles the day-to-day operations of CD, scheduling marketing posts for clients, editing content, and managing our CE calendar and delivery schedule. Extremely outgoing and curious, Dian loves getting to know our clients and finding creative solutions for their needs.
When not working, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, Mark, spending time with their 3 grown sons and daughter-in-law. You can also find Dian digging in her backyard flower garden, walking her Labradoodle, or reading a good book.
While Melinda might not be directly on our payroll, she is the first collaborator we turn to when clients are having revenue issues. She is an expert in claims management, A/R recovery and revenue cycle repositioning. Her work with our clients has been truly outstanding, and we consider her to be part of our team. Through her efforts, she's saved practices in financial crisis, and uplifted the ones who were simply behind or needed systems to comfortable solvency. We endorse Melinda, and can enthusiastically serve as a reference for her skills.
