No Cost Practice Analysis
Why a Practice Analysis?
Sometimes outside perspective is all that’s needed to help you identify and solve problems in your practice. I’ve been offering this service for a few years and think it’s a great way to be presented with new and complex issues, and to give suggestions without expectation.
There *is* work involved in creating a Practice Analysis, and here’s the process:
-
We sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with your practice, so you know your patient PHI is protected. It also acts as a Nondisclosure Agreement, since your private business information is your own. We will not use or disclose your personal information to anyone, and we’re determined to have you feel safe while we go over your data.
-
You provide us with the last two Profit and Loss reports out of your accounting software. We do not need tax returns.
-
You provide us with a summary of your payroll expenses, so we have a clear number regarding staff salaries.
-
We add a little used workstation in your office to our Splashtop account, and you provide us with access via a Windows password and a User and password to your software (whatever platform you may be using). You let us know when the best times are to access the workstation, and we pull 10-15 different reports to get a clear picture of your systems and processes as they stand. We also look back over your past and future schedules, to discern if there are scheduling opportunity areas.
-
We then take a few days to write a report – in order – of the most pressing financial opportunities available to you, with specific suggestions regarding actionable items you can take. We deliver this report to you, and any other trusted teammates or partners, as requested, via email.
-
We then close Splashtop access, so we are unable to access your office data in the future.
Once you have the report, you can decide if you’d like to complete our suggestions alone, with our help, or with/through another company. There is no obligation.
You may already know what your individual issues are, but there may be hidden concerns you’ve not considered. We uncover all the information, giving you the best plan to grow your practice, improve your work style, and achieve the highest possible earning power.
